Terms and Conditions

By engaging with Vivid Advisory for consulting, coaching, or project-based services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Vivid Advisory offers consulting, coaching, and project management services for business and residential clients. Services are customized and detailed in estimates, proposals, scopes of work, or invoices prior to engagement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. For retainers or project packages, a deposit or prepayment may be required. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, Venmo, ACH transfer, or check.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice for scheduled sessions. For project-based work, cancellations after work has begun may be subject to a partial billing for hours completed or loss of deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely, accurate information and respond promptly to project needs. Delays in communication may impact project timelines or outcomes.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential. Any materials shared will not be distributed or reused without permission. Likewise, clients agree to keep proprietary tools or templates shared by Vivid Advisory confidential.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver measurable improvements, Vivid Advisory does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results, as each engagement is dependent on many factors including client input and implementation.

7. Intellectual Property

Work products (e.g., frameworks, templates, deliverables) created specifically for the client are theirs to use, unless otherwise stated. Vivid Advisory retains the right to reuse non-confidential tools and processes developed independently.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the point of termination.

9. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Vivid Advisory LLC, from 317-485-7173. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and may include appointment reminders, service information, invoice reminders, etc. Message and data rates may apply.
