Courtney Culver

Operations & Marketing Executive

Courtney Culver is the clarity-maker behind Vivid Advisory. She is a Fractional Chief of Staff and Executive Advisor who helps leaders cut through complexity and get things done. After 11 years at Salesforce leading global communications, content strategy, and operational transformation, she now partners with growing companies that need both a strategic thought-partner and an operator who can turn ideas into action.

Known for her mix of executive calm and creative problem-solving, Courtney builds scalable systems, sharpens communication, and keeps cross-functional teams moving in the same direction.

If there’s a tangled process, misaligned team, or messy workflow, she’s the one you call to untangle it and make it work.

Courtney holds a B.A. in Journalism/Public Relations and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.

Carrie Caito

Marketing & Research Director

Carrie is a versatile communicator who brings together strong editorial judgment, creative storytelling, and research-driven insight. She has crafted internal campaigns for audiences of more than 70,000 Salesforce employees, developed marketing and engagement campaigns across multiple business units, and produced scripts, blogs, and narrative assets that adapt seamlessly to diverse voices and industries.

With experience leading content teams, conducting market and persona research, and co-hosting a top-100 sports podcast, she blends analytical rigor with creative range in every engagement.

At Vivid Advisory, she transforms complex ideas and data into clear, compelling messages that resonate with real audiences.

Carrie holds B.A.s in English and History and an M.A. in American History.
