I am Courtney Culver, President of Vivid Advisory, LLC. I work with businesses across the globe and residents/individuals in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

My Story
I’m a strategic operations and communications leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations work smarter, communicate clearly, and lead with purpose. I’ve worked across a range of industries—from tech and telecommunications to financial services, education, and nonprofits—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to teams navigating growth and change.
For over a decade at Salesforce, I led transformative initiatives in global communications, operations, and employee engagement. I also led DEI initiatives and served as an Equality Mentor and advocate for colleagues in underrepresented and underrecognized groups.
These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of clarity and connection.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for building: teams, systems, trust, and impact. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a bachelor's in Journalism–Public Relations, and I love helping people and organizations move from chaos to clarity—with confidence.
