About Me

My name is Courtney Culver.

I'm a Fractional COO & Chief of Staff living and working in the Indianapolis area with my family, basset hound, and my amazing community. I have over 25 years of professional experience in Operations, Marketing, Communications and Content Governance strategies.

For over a decade at Salesforce, I led transformative teams and initiatives in global communications, operations, and employee engagement. I also led DEI initiatives and served as an Equality Mentor and advocate for colleagues in underrepresented and underrecognized groups.

Prior to Salesforce, I led Marketing and Community Engagement teams in the Financial Services, Telecommunications and non-profit sectors. 

These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of clarity and connection. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for instilling confidence in people so they can do their best work.

I hold a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a bachelor's in journalism–public relations. I love helping people and organizations move from chaos to clarity—with confidence.
